Percy Jackson Themed Birthday Party 2016

Every year I plan a theme for my birthday party.   In 2015 I had a Harry Potter Birthday Party, and in 2016 I had a Percy Jackson and Greek Themed Birthday Party.

For the invitation card I made a scroll with coffee stain parched paper, air clay for the scroll tips, golden tape at the sides and for the ends of the scroll I rolled it up in a pencil.   It took me about 4-5 different attempts before I made the final scroll and I’ve kept these as memories of different tries to get it right.

I also printed a map out and found a way online to fold it into a cute envelope that can open up with just a tug at the ends.

I encased these including a response slip in my own custom made envelope.
